Combining art and science to create an adaptable identity system.

Brand design for Autobotika, a visual effects studio specialized in creating meaningful transmedia content. This nascent studio needed a visual identity system that reflected the integration of art and science in their work. The challenge was to create a system of elements that could be applied across media: printed materials, motion graphics, and interactive applications.

The design of the visual identity system was based on an extensive exploration of and experimentation with type and code. This experimentation provided the basis for developing the logotype, stationary, and brand design guidelines.
